Beth Crosby grew up in the Twin Cities metro area but calls northern Wisconsin her true home. Beth’s interest in the performing arts developed early in life, as well as her talents in music and acting. Throughout her schooling, Beth performed in numerous community and professional productions in the Midwest and ultimately earned her bachelor’s degree in music at Minnesota State University in Mankato in 1994. She currently resides in Minnesota Lake, Minnesota.
Beth accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior in 1991 and since then has been active in ministry throughout the Midwest. Beth serves as an on-air minister for KJLY Christian Radio in Blue Earth, Minnesota and recently served on-air at KJCY Christian Radio in Mason City, Iowa. Beth also serves as a performance coach, offering voice instruction and stage performance techniques for upcoming Christian artists and vocal groups. She was lead vocalist in the Christian rock band Free and Clear for two years and is currently a member of the praise and worship band Spirit and Truth based in Mankato, Minnesota. Along with keyboardist and friend Ruth Terhark, Beth also performs regularly as a solo artist in both concert and ministry settings. Her debut album, “Closer,” was released in October of 2004.
“One of the greatest things I enjoy is to see people drawn nearer to the heart of God,” Beth recalls. “I love to see people be touched in a fresh, new way during a ministry time, and I love to see how the Holy Spirit can turn words I say or songs I sing into a vehicle for transformation in a person’s heart.” Beth’s one desire is to see people brought into true relationship with the Lord, and her heart for the Lord and His people is evident in every aspect of her ministry.
Beth is a founding member of Heart to Heart Music Ministries, an organization formed in 1995 dedicated to both concert evangelism and equipping future Christian artists for music ministry.
